Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with BC Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to provide reliable, secure and high-performance Electronic Access Control System (“EACS”) at BC Place, including seventy (70) stationary, ten (10) accessible and ten (10) handheld devices for rental and/or purchase.
