Description

Selection of Operator at 5718 Choy Yuen Crescent
The City of Vancouver (the " City") is seeking a housing operator, or operator partnership of two or more ("Operator"), with extensive experience in residential property management to manage its social housing project located at 5718 Choy Yuen Cresent (the "Project"). The Project is comprised of 187 homes in a 22-storey City-owned building with 40% of the units suitable for families with children. The Project is located next to the Oakridge Civic Centre and Library.

An information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) will be held to enable Proponents to seek clarification with respect to any aspect of the RFP in a group forum. The details are as follows:
