Description

This non-binding RFP is an invitation to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of Annual Financial Audit Services.
Scope of Work
The objective of this RFP is to award an Agreement to a qualified Supplier able to provide independent, quality, cost effective Services to Bellwoods including, but not limited to possessing:
(a)
Expertise in conducting thorough financial statement reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principes while protecting information;
(b)
The ability to identify, manage and provide Services meeting the Public Sectors Accounting Standards (“PSAS”) of the Canadian Institute of Charted Accountants (“CICA”) and other applicable legislations with respect to matters of accounting in public sector;
(c)
Knowledgeable, qualified resources led by the professional account executive well versed in the audit industry, with the ability to provide professional and timely customer support to Bellwoods; and,
(d)
The necessary memberships, licensing, and certifications as may be required by law for the provision of the Services.
