Description

The City of Kelowna is upgrading Stockwell Avenue's urbanization, watermain, and services, along with the storm management system and road infrastructure. The general scope of the project includes regrading of road, watermain and service replacement, installing curbs, gutters, and paving, while preserving existing sidewalks to protect the mature tree canopy.
