Invitation to Tender
.1 E-mail tenders will be received by Horizon Health Network until 3:00 PM ADT, Thursday, October 10, 2024, through the office of Argyll Associates Limited, for the following project:
Condenser Pipe Replacement
Dr Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital
Fredericton, NB

.2 Tenders are to be sent to office@argyllassociates.ca with "DECRH Condenser Pipe Replacement Tender Submission" as the subject line. Paper submissions shall not be accepted or opened.
.3 Tender documents will be available in electronic format (PDF) or in print form. To acquire documents, requests are to be made by email at office@argyllassociates.ca, with all contact information (company name, company contact person, address, email address, and phone
number). Print copies shall be available for a cost of $100 + HST, payable to Argyll Associates Ltd.
Print sets shall be picked up at the office of Argyll Associates Ltd in Fredericton, NB. Requests for a printed set shall be made by phone at (506) 459-3940.
.4 A MANDATORY site review shall be held for General Contractors and Mechanical Contractors on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 10:30AM. This will be the only opportunity to review the existing site conditions. Horizon Health Network and project consultants will be on-site to receive questions arising from the review of the site and the Contract Documents. Contractors shall convene in the front parking lot at the stairs to the main entrance to the Hospital.
.5 Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing site conditions is restricted.
.6 Tender documents will be available for viewing at the Fredericton Northwest Construction
Association, as well as the Construction Associations in Saint John, NB and Moncton, NB, as well as at the offices of Argyll Associates Ltd in Fredericton, NB.
.7 All tenders must be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond. The security deposit shall be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation.
.8 The requirements of the New Brunswick Procurement Act shall apply.
.9 The lowest or highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
