204117 - Integrated Property Management Software Solution

Notice is hereby given that Capital Region Housing Corporation (the “CRHC”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide an integrated property management software solution for Regional Housing, specifically designed for Social Housing organizations. Initially for a one (1) year term with the ability to renew annually, at a total value of $69,000.00 ($45,000.00 implementation fee, annual license fee $24,000.00)

CRHC has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
• the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
(a) the property management software is specifically designed for Social Housing organizations
(b) the vendor has an exclusive partnership with the BC Non-Profit Housing Association

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Hans Rodinger, Manager Housing and Business Development, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, 20/September/2024.
