Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents addressed to the undersigned will be received until 2 PM, local time, Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the 1 School Street, St George NB, E5C 3N2.

The public tender opening will be held immediately after the 2 PM closing.

The project is located at Route 176 and generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply and placement of asphalt pavement, topsoil and hydraulic seeding, storm culvert replacement and site restoration.

Official contract documents may be obtained from CBCL Limited, Saint John, NB by email request to abranscombe@cbcl.ca. Documents and drawings will be issued from CBCL Limited in digital format only. Only registered plan takers will have their bid submission accepted.

A Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque, payable to the Eastern Charlotte, in the amount of 10% of the Total Amount Payable, must also accompany each Tender.

The Eastern Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
