OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, August 19, 2024.
The Work consists generally of the supply, installation and construction of:
.1 111 metres of new 200mm diameter sanitary sewer, 101 metres of new 100mm diameter sanitary service, 4 new precast concrete sanitary manholes, and 5 mobile home service termination;
.2 116 metres of new 38mm diameter water service, 84 metres of 25mm diameter water service, 5 new mobile home service terminations, and an aboveground water custody transfer station complete with all piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances;
.3 Grubbing and stripping of existing organic material;
.4 Removal and disposal of existing feature such as cross-linked fence and asphalt concrete;
.5 2,825 square metres of granular base/subbase preparation;
.6 202 lineal metres of chain-link fences complete with privacy slats and doors;
.7 Site grading; and,
.8 Site restoration of all disturbed areas with topsoil and hydroseed.
Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Bidders must be registered on the bidders list. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy and hard copy can be arrange for to be picked.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Department of Social Development, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Office of Dillon Consulting Limited in Saint John as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.
Department of Social Development reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
