Sealed tenders will be received by the City of Campbellton until 2:15 p.m. local time, Wednesday August 21, 2024 in the Bid Deposit Box located at City Hall at 76 Water St., Campbellton, NB , E3N 1B1 for the Project No. 8285-2, Asphalt Paving Resurfacing DTI Designated Streets, Campbellton, N.-B.
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tendering close in the Council Chamber located at the City Hall. Tendering procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Contracts Act and Regulations.
In general, the work consists of paving a section of Approach to JCVH Bridge and Andrew St. for an approximate total length of 400 m including milling along with associated preparation and clean-up work.
Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, City of Campbellton and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton,
Fredericton and Saint-John.

Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project.
Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price (H.S.T. included) made payable to the City of Campbellton.
The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Execution of a contract shall be conditional to available funding.
This project is cost shared by the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure under the Municipal Designated Highway Program and the City of Campbellton
