Description

HHB is looking to learn more about a violation management platforms in the market: the systems and services available for processing, managing, integrating and administering license plate images and transactional data. The procurement method for this violations management platform initiative is to use this RFI as a discovery mechanism to gain the knowledge necessary (through vendor responses and peer meetings) to determine the full scope for a subsequent RFP. As part of this review process HHB wishes to learn industry best practices and standards for violation management as demonstrated in vendor solutions.
