ADDENDUM #1:

The Town of Rothesay is seeking qualified General Contractors to submit bids for the completion of a 36 foot x 40 foot extension to an existing salt storage facility as per the attached drawings. The extension will consist generally of a concrete foundation, floor, wood framed walls, trussed (hip) roof with asphalt shingle, man door, overhead doors, exterior wood cladding and unfinished interior. The project also includes the addition of venting cupolas (2) to the existing salt storage
facility.

Bids shall be submitted on or before August 7, 2024 at 2:30pm and be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total tender price including HST.

Each tender envelope shall be sealed and clearly marked with the title and contract number for the project and bear the name and address of the submitting bidder.
