Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”) is being issued to identify a Proponent for the purposes of negotiating a Contract between a Proponent and BC Financial Services Authority (”BCFSA”) for the supply of Payment Card Processing Services to enhance, replace, and transform BCFSA’s current services for accepting credit cards for online purchases.

In order to take advantage of emerging technologies in this space, BCFSA is going to the market for a Solution that:

supports debit and credit card payments through online purchases;
provides a secure payment gateway for Online Transactions; and
provides Services to implement the Solution and all other related Services required for acquiring and processing transactions, maintenance, support, reporting and consulting Services
