Description

Capilano University is initiating a project to implement an ERP system for their human resource, payroll, and finance departments. The ERP system will replace current systems and manual processes. Capilano University is seeking competitive bids from qualified and experienced individuals or companies for six (6) Business Consultants to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project. The Business Consultants will be responsible for specific work streams, e.g. HR, Payroll, or Finance, and will work under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. The specific Business Consultant roles are: BA - HR x 2 BA – Payroll x 2 BA – Finance x 2

The overall project is expected to take approximately 18 months and will take a phased approach, including:

• Pre-design readiness assessment
• Design
• Implement
• Go-live
• Postproduction Support
