Description

BCIB would like to improve efficiencies of HR process for its corporate employees by acquiring a cloud-based HRMS solution that supports automated processes, simplifies reporting and offers many online self-service options. The HRMS will support a growing organization of approximately 115 corporate employees in a variety of roles, including administrative, management, and operational services.
