Description

The WCB is looking for a qualified Contractor to repair the exterior of the Millard Health building.

The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
• Metal cladding: Remove and repair damage and loose cladding.
• Building louvers: Surface preparation and repainting of exterior building louvers to match existing.

The specifications and requirements for this project are referenced in this document and included within the specifications and drawings attached.

The expected completion date for this project is September 30, 2024.
