Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Leduc (City) of its intent to purchase a Draft Commander 3000 Mobile Fire Pump Testing & Training Unit from Weis Fire & Safety Equipment, LLC. This procurement is estimated at $138,892.94 (USD).

It is the intent of the City to award this procurement for the following reasons:
• The Draft Commander 3000 is a patented mobile system for fire apparatus testing and training under NFPA standards.
• The City is unaware of any other manufacturer that builds, sells and supports these specialty units.
