Description

HomeEd has secured funding to upgrade the energy efficiency of fourteen
(14) buildings. HomeEd intends to hire a large General Contractor to oversee the retrofit and renovation work it is funded for. The purpose of this energy audit and modeling is to provide a recommended pathway for the General Contractor to achieve the funding requirements.

A key outcome of this project is a report recommending the most cost-effective methodology for the buildings to achieve a minimum 25% reduction in energy intensity from a February 2021 baseline. HomeEd also requires the report to
recommend the most cost-effective methodologies to achieve a minimum 50%, 75% and 100% reduction in energy and greenhouse gas intensity.
