Description

The intent of this RFP is to secure a highly esteemed post-secondary partner to develop and operate two certification pathways for ATB: Leader DNA Certification, and Mastery Leader DNA Certification. These pathways aim to improve leadership skills in line with ATB's strategic objectives. Additionally, we are seeking partners that may provide future mutual benefits including talent recruitment opportunities and work-integrated learning experiences. The selected partner will contribute to shaping ATB's leadership framework and organizational growth.
