General:

The work under this Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required to provide the opening, daily maintenance, and closing of two (2) City pools (East End Pool and Centennial Beach), and the Centennial Splash Park. The Supplier, in consideration of the quoted prices to be paid as stated on the Supplier's Response Sheets, will execute and carry out all of the work set out and described in the Specifications or implied by it.
