This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for Vancouver Coastal Health Authority to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authority, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), for the supply of the ENT Examination Microscopes (“Product or Equipment”) and accessories/related services (“Services”)
