RFP - 1052 - RFP -1052 Motorcoach Services

SAIT’s Athletics and Recreation department is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers of Coach Bus Charter Service to provide SAIT Athletics with safe transportation to and from the designated game sites during the game seasons as noted in Section B. Proponents are required to provide quotations based on factors such as coach size and within or outside city limits. Please quote pricing on the Price Rates table provided in Schedule B; however, if lump-sum pricing structure is to be provided, each service or cost factor must be itemized to demonstrate cost breakdown. The availability of the service is required by May, 2024. A proposal shall include complete information on a proposed service plan that your firm believes will best meet SAIT’s Athletics and Recreation transportation requirements.
