Description

This Request For Information (RFI) is issued by his Majesty the King in the right of Ontario as represented by Supply Ontario for the purpose of initiating early engagement with the market and seeking information from potential suppliers about Office Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners. This RFI will ascertain the market capacity, capability, readiness, and the level of interest to provide the above-mentioned products.
Scope of Work
Supply Ontario wishes to engage the market to bring suppliers’ perspectives and market insights to its early thinking for a potential future state for Office Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners and encourages suppliers to participate in this RFI. Supply Ontario expects that this exercise will inform and support the development of a potential procurement for Office Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners in Ontario. This exercise will allow Supply Ontario to better understand the current marketplace, seek input from the vendor community and validate its current thinking and future outlook in this category as outlined in this document.

To achieve tangible results through meaningful input, Supply Ontario is soliciting written responses to questions in the Respondent Response Form.
