Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Homelessness Support Services.

Services must align with the following components of Red Deer’s System Framework for Housing & Homelessness Supports. Services may fall within the following components:

1. Homelessness Prevention (one proponent will be selected)
2. Scattered Site Case Management (two proponents will be selected)
