Description

The Municipal District of Bighorn is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking Qualified Consultants to research, produce and present to the MD a Trails Master Plan (TMP). The TMP will cover the entire municipality, consider future economic/tourism opportunities, support Council strategic vision, identify what the residents of Bighorn desire as far as defined trails and related trail infrastructure (i.e., trailheads, other trail related facilities). The TMP will outline recommendations and costs for future trail locations and make recommendations for implementation and timelines.
