Description

Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of
offers number 24092-24-092 dated September 27, 2024 with a closing of October 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT A
debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous
solicitation.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for
services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):
Three (3) Level 3 Business Transformation Architects
The estimated number of resources may fluctuate up or down depending on operational requirements, the
number of engagements running concurrently and the complexity of the engagements.
