PWGSC, on behalf of the Receiver General for Canada, has a requirement for Foreign Banking Services. The scope of this service encompasses the issuance of foreign-currency disbursements and international CAD wires, the dispensation of foreign-currency banknotes, the acceptance of foreign-currency receipts, and all related foreign-currency conversions.
