Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of floating waste collector equipment, including it’s subsequent installation, as detailed in Annex A.
