PWGSC, on behalf of the department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a total organic carbon analyzer including the delivery and the training located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada), as detailed in Annex Statement of requirement.
