Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Natural Resources Canada is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of five (5) central unit metering devices located in Varennes, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
