Description

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on sept 19th 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PMEDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Transports Canada issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the obtention of an engineering firm and its sub-consultants for the provision of the services required for this project.
