BEER SUPPLY FOR JEAN-DAIGLE CENTER
PROPOSAL CALL 2023-094

The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested tenderers to present an offer for the beer supply for Jean-Daigle Center.

Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.

The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2022-78 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2022- 306), apply to this tender.

The estimated beer quantity is 3,500 dozen per year. The expected period for this contract is from June 1st, 2023 to May 31, 2027.

Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.

Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked "BEER SUPPLY FOR JEAN-DAIGLE CENTER, PROPOSAL CALL 2023-094, JUNE 22, 2023" will be received by the Municipality of Edmundston on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Development Department, 2nd floor at City Hall, 7 Canada Rd, Edmundston, NB, by mail or e-mail until 2:00 p.m. (local time).

Public opening of tenders will follow immediately and will be also on Facebook live on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/ville.edmundston.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
