Description

The WCB is looking for a qualified Contractor to repair the floor of the Jarvis Building parking structure.
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
• Structural repair of concrete deterioration for concrete slabs, beams, columns, corbels and Beton planks;
• Traffic deck coating removal and replacement as indicated on the drawings;
• Removal and re-painting of soffit staining under thin traffic deck coating replacement area;
• Re-painting of parking stall lines where affected by the Work;
• Preparation and application of cementitious fire proofing; and
• Preparation and Installation of built-up curbs at columns.
