Sealed Tenders for: REGIONAL LANDFILL SITE AND SCALE HOUSE OPERATION AND MAITNENANCE

Up to 2:00 p.m. May 31, 2023. Opening at 2:05 p.m. at the Big Lakes County Administration Building. No email or faxed copies will be accepted.

The work to be undertaken under the Contract involves:

Provision of all labour, vehicles and equipment required for supervision and operation of the Regional Landfill Site and Scale House

Tender Forms, Operating Conditions and Specifications may be obtained by Contractors on or after May 9, 2023.

Alternatively, interested parties may retrieve the tender package from Alberta Purchasing Connection’s website www.purchasingconnection.ca.

Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or a bid bond made payable to the High Prairie & District Regional Solid Waste Management Authority in the amount of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) dollars.

The Authority reserves the right to accept any Tender and not necessarily the lowest Tender, and reject any or all Tenders. Cost, company reputation, background and best proposals over the term of the contract will be considered. Proof of appropriate certification should be included with the tender, as per section 6.1 of “Instructions to Bidders”.
