Type of Agreement for Deliverables

This Request for Bids ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Bids to host the Criminal Law Division 2024 Annual Educational Crown Conference, as further described in Attachment #3 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables"). This RFB is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Attorney General (the “Ministry").
Scope of Work
Description of Ministry Requirement

There will be a Criminal Law Division Education Conference in 2024. Such Conferences shall be held on:
the 2024 calendar year, May 22, 23 and 24 with early arrivals expected on May 21; and

In consultation with the Ministry, the Preferred Proponent will be responsible for providing conference facilities; audio-visual and webcasting resources; business room; facilities staff; catering; overnight accommodations; parking; communal space; extension of checkout time; internet access; central billing; and post event debrief.
