Description

The MODY seeks to provide an excellent visitor experience and to that end is seeking an experienced and committed partner to provide food services at the site. Due to the re-development of the site, which will include a new guest services building to house a gift shop, food service and site administration, the MODY is seeking a 3 year contract with the successful bidder to operate, generally speaking, from May Long Weekend to Labour Day weekend; plus consider including proposal for shoulder season reduced services operations.

Interested proponents are required to attend a site tour on one of these two options: September 26, 2022 @ 9 a.m. or September 26, 2022 @ 3p.m. Site visits will be limited to one hour. The Cape Forchu site manager will be on site to answer questions and review site infrastructure.
