OFFERORS SHOULD REVEIW THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT TO ENSURE THEY MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THEIR OFFER.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of Dairy and Eggs, Miscellaneous Groceries, Fresh Produce and Protein on an as and when requested basis.

The RFSO may result in the issuance of up to two (2) Standing Offers per commodity.

The periods of the Standing Offers will be for four, six month periods, with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex A and Annex B of this document.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
