Description

Supply, prepare and deliver a structure suitable for use as a Transitional Housing Facility. The unit shall include sufficient space to accommodate two mat rooms (1 room 3 x 7 meters, 1 room 3 x 4 meters), 1 dining area to accommodate up to 15 people, 1 kitchen, 3 three-piece bathroom units, 2 two-piece water closets, a laundry area large enough to accommodate 2 washer / dryer pairs, 3 office areas, 2 storage rooms and a space to accommodate 16 lockers. The single unit may include a kitchen / dining area, two 3-piece bathrooms and space for 2 laundry sets.
