2022TQ01-4 - qplex Lighting Retrofit - NB

A site meeting will be held at 10:00am AST on February 10th, 2022 at the qplex, 20 Randy Jones Way, Quispamsis. All interested parties are to come to site and go to the lower parking lot, enter through the Administration doors, go to the top of the stairwell and register at the Administration office. All parties must show proof of dual vaccination and ID to be permitted access.

The Town of Quispamsis is interested in obtaining proposals for our qplex lighting upgrade. This project is located at the qplex Wellness and Conference Centre, 20 Randy Jones Way, Quispamsis, N.B. E2E 0P1, and generally involves the supply and installation of lighting.

Inquiries can be made up until 4:30pm AST, Thursday February 17th, 2022. Responses to inquiries will be addressed no later than 4:30PM AST, Thursday, February 24th, 2022.

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Quispamsis until 10:00am AST, Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 at the front counter of Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, N.B. E2E 4R2 addressed to Ashley Cutler, Procurement Coordinator.

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the opening of proposals will not be held publicly.
