The City of Dieppe will be seeking the services of qualified plumbers on an as and when required basis for a two (2) year period, with a possible extension of two (2) years.

This Request for Qualifications is intended to seek a short list of more than one qualified plumber, which best meets the City of Dieppe variety of needs.

The services required pertain to City owned building including rental properties.

Authorization of work to be done shall be authorized by City staff for which a Purchase Order shall be issued. The City will not take responsibility for payment of any unauthorized charges.

The proponent must respond to emergency calls within 2 hours of placing the call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
