Description

The objective of this procurement is to enter into a multi-year contract with a qualified and knowledgeable proponent who can supply printer hardware, parts, toner, maintenance kits, general and preventative maintenance and ongoing support. Currently, the AGLC utilizes multiple contracts for these goods and services. The intention is to consolidate all of them to improve operational efficiencies by contracting with only one supplier. The AGLC is seeking a qualified, knowledgeable and experienced proponent to efficiently and effectively deliver the goods and services specified in this RFP.
