Export Development Canada (EDC) requires additional resources to support the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) Program. Staff augmentation is required to support EDC in the areas of managing processes and approach to further funding, program changes, data management, reporting, fraud detection, communications, payment processing, and reconciliation. EDC remains committed to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the program, and this procurement will help to ensure that the necessary resources are in place to continue supporting Canadian businesses during this challenging time. This contract will enable the support through program changes, such as adding streams of eligibility (ie. non-deferrable expense stream, and upsize processes).
The contract was amended to increase scope, funds and extend the timeline to end of 2020 as the CEBA program continued to evolve and new requirements such as a document upload and analysis solution were added.
