Description

Toronto Port Authority (“TPA”), doing business as PortsToronto (“PortsToronto”) proposes to engage the professional services of a qualified consultant or consortium to assist PortsToronto in its assessment of needs and development of detailed designs for updating its outside parking facility and traffic management to complement current operations at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
The proposed scope of work will allow PortsToronto to be properly informed about its customers’ needs, site opportunities and operation efficiencies.

Proponents are encouraged to limit the number of attendees to two per team.
