Description

PortsToronto is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake design and engineering services and create one construction tender for three interconnected projects at the Outer Harbour Marina (OHM): Dock Electrical Feeder Renewal, OHM Electrical Condition and Capacity Study, and OHM Dockwall Rehabilitation Program. The intent of this document will be to guide PortsToronto on these undertakings , through assessing any possible design alternatives as needed, completing the design and construction tender documents, preparing construction cost estimates through various stages of the design, assessing project risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensuring construction can occur with the least possible impact on the ongoing operations of the OHM.

Section 1 Project Understanding and Management Approach (maximum 5 pages)
Section 2 Proposed Project Delivery Methodology and Timelines, identifying key milestones (maximum 5 pages)
Section 3 Respondent’s Key Team Members and Project Experiences
Section 4 Respondent’s Experience on Similar Projects
Section 5 Submission Form (completed and signed Section C)
Section 6 Acknowledgement of receipt any Addenda issued as a part of this RFP
