The pre-bid site meeting has been scheduled for March 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (“the Airport”). Participants are to meet in the Airport island atrium, beside Gateway newsstand for a project briefing, followed by a site tour of the existing fence (Airfield transportation will be organized by the airport). The pre-bid meeting is expected to last up to two hours. Tenderer shall satisfy itself with the conditions of the Site. Tenderers shall contact Owner to make arrangements for visiting the Site. Visits shall be made at its risk and expense and Owner assumes no liability in connection therewith.
