Pomerleau Inc. (Pomerleau) has been retained by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) as Construction Manager for the Canadian Centre for Inland Waters – Lab Modernization Project (CCIW – LMP), PSPC Contract No EQ754‐ l71503/001/PWL.
CCIW is an existing and operational campus comprised of several buildings. CCIW – LMP consists in a phased renovation of laboratory facilities, of office facilities and of life safety systems. CCIW – LMP has been phased to maintain the facility operational at all times.
Pomerleau Inc. is solicitating qualifications and firm lump sum quotations, not including HST, which includes for all Mechanical in accordance with the enclosed documents.
A mandatory site visit is required as part of the Trade contractor’s qualification for the CCIW LMP project. The site visit will take place on April 11th, 2018 at 1PM on the CCIW Campus located at 867 Lakeshore Rd., Burlington, Ontario, CA.
