The Contract Documents for the above-referenced Project are modified as set forth in this
Addendum. The original Contract Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full
force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Contract
Documents. Bidder shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a
bid and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their bids.
1. Closing Date & Time
1.1. The closing date for bids has been extended to :
Friday August 30th, 2024, at 3:00PM EST
2. Supplementary Site Visit
2.1. An optional supplementary site visit has been scheduled for on August 15
th, 2024 at 10AM.
To attend this visit please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site
visit by e-mail to Chantal Demers (chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca) before August 9
th, 2024 at
12PM
Please note that attending a site visit is mandatory to be able to submit a bid for this tender.
Contractor who have attended the initial site visit remain eligible to bid and do not need to attend
the supplementary site visit.
Site visit attendees will require construction PPE (hard had, safety glasses, hi-viz vest, safety
boots).
