Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned Tender Package.
Lot 01 - GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS:
Lot 02 - TEST PIT SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATIONS
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform or the MERX Private website, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.
Bidder Questions:
For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email to chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than five (5) days before the tendering deadline.
Site Visit:
An optional supplementary site visit has been scheduled on August 15th 2024, at 10:00 EST at the following location: 100 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. Please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantal Demers (chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca) before August 13th, 2024, at 15:00 EST.
A formal site visit has been schedule as noted above. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender. Supplementary site visits may be requested, as required, and will
be scheduled at the Construction Manager’s discretion.
Tenders will be submitted according to the following instructions:

Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by the Construction Manager electronically via:
