Description

Plannera is seeking a comprehensive subscription-based employee wellness program to replace the current program by June 1, 2024. Plannera is focused on well-being for employees and is looking to offer a full-service wellness program for its 165 employees.

The vendor must provide the following components in their comprehensive employee wellness program (including but not limited to):

Mental and Emotional Wellness (required);
Physical Wellness (optional);
Financial Wellness (optional); and
Social and Community Health (optional).
