Percon Construction Inc has been retained by Ivan Franko Homes to act as Construction Manager for the construction of the new 128,000 square foot facility which will contain 160 Long Term Care Beds.

Interested Vendors are asked to complete the following:
- Most Recent CCDC 11 – 2018 (or newer), including descriptions of past similar projects (Retirement Homes, Apartments, Long Term Care Facility, Hospitals or Assisted Living Units) completed including contacts. Anticipated Dollar Values for the work is $9 to 10 million for Mechanical, $6 to 7 million for Electrical, $7 to $8 million for Drywall, $2 to $4 million for Civil, $4 to $5 million for Metal Cladding and $2 to 3 million for Curtain Wall Works.
- Letter of Recognized Bonding/Surety Company stating the vendors Capacity to obtain 50% Labour and Material along with 50% Performance Bond (Related to Mechanical, Electrical, Metal Cladding works Only)
- Certificates of Insurance as well as Current WSIB clearance certificate & CAD 7 Rating
- Resumes of key management staff assigned to project (Project Manager, Site Person, Senior Management)
- References of Owners and Clients of Past Projects.
