Excelligent Care has the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. The CM will review trades priced received to ensure they adhere to the requirements of the contract documents. We reserve the right to reject trade contractors should they lack experience in completing similar projects or have had past performance issues with the construction team (inclusive of consultants and owner)
